Hello. I am Kimberly Zippilli-Hildebrand, AMFT, I offer a compassionate and tailored therapeutic treatment for your unique needs. As a systemic therapist, I explore the individual’s environmental factors and relationships that play an essential role. I have extensive training in couples counseling and family therapy.

My approach is to make each person feel unique, and tailoring the appropriate interventions to their needs is essential to me. My professional goal is to make everyone feel seen and heard. My compassionate approach allows me the opportunity to join with the couple, family, or individual to deeply understand how to assist them in reaching their therapy goals. I provide psycho-education that allows clients to learn more about themselves, grow independently, and build confidence moving forward.

My special interest and passion are working with individuals living with chronic illnesses. I also provide family support to decrease caregiver burnout. I offer psycho-education, skill-building, and support. My favorite quote that explains my approach is from Michael J. Fox, “Acceptance doesn’t mean resignation; it means understanding that something is what it is and that there’s got to be a way through it.”

I have numerous years of experience in counseling, working in an office setting, and providing in-home therapy through mobile response. I obtained my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Stockton University, Pomona, New Jersey. I graduated from La Salle University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, with a Masters in Clinical Counseling with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy. My training and expertise in applying evidence-based interventions to reduce anxiety and depression symptoms or any undesirable behaviors is vast. My approach is to make each person feel unique, and tailoring the appropriate interventions to their needs is essential to me.

In addition, I have been blessed with the opportunity to be the open keynote speaker at conferences at the state and international levels. Motivating my audience to see past their blockages is rewarding and speaks to my optimism. Everyone has something special within that can change their circumstances.
