I am Emily Severino, a compassionate Behavioral Assistant dedicated to supporting children, adolescents, and families as they navigate emotional, behavioral, and life challenges. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Holy Family University, and my passion for serving others has led me to work with youth in foster care, community-based behavioral health, and mentoring programs. My approach is rooted in building authentic relationships, creating a safe and supportive environment, and empowering each individual to recognize their strengths and potential. In my role as a Behavioral Assistant, I partner with children, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to strengthen emotional regulation, communication, confidence, and healthy coping skills. My background in mentoring youth, along with several years of serving in church youth ministry, has deepened my belief that meaningful change begins with trust, compassion, and consistency. I strive to meet every client where they are while encouraging growth at a pace that honors their unique journey. At Healing Quest Counseling Villages, I am committed to helping children and families build resilience, strengthen relationships, and move toward lasting healing. It is a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they overcome challenges, discover their strengths, and work toward a brighter future.
