Ms. Davenport leverages over two decades of clinical and human services experience spanning school-based mental health, community outreach, and behavioral health systems to support pediatric, adolescent, and family caseloads.
Ms. Davenport holds Master’s degrees in School Counseling (Wilmington University) and Christian Counseling (Cairn University), supplemented by post-graduate certification in Marriage and Family Therapy. Her clinical framework integrates evidence-based, strength-based, and humanistic modalities—including Person-Centered Therapy (PCT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). She is also a Certified Life Coach (Art of Training and Development) and an Apprentice Facilitator in Classic Trauma Healing (Full of Hope for Life).
Her extensive clinical history includes roles as a Professional Secondary School Counselor in urban school districts and Site Administrator for Communities in Schools, where she focused on crisis stabilization, trauma-informed care, and restorative justice protocols.
Recognized for clinical and educational excellence, Ms. Davenport was named the 2023 Counselor of the Year by Phi Delta Kappa International and is a recipient of the Lindback Distinguished Teacher Award. Within multidisciplinary treatment teams at Healing Quest Counseling Villages, she develops, implements, and monitors individualized behavioral support plans designed to mitigate trauma responses, foster emotional self-regulation, and build long-term psychological resilience within a culturally responsive environment.
Beyond her clinical practice, Ms. Davenport is actively involved in community service through Eagle Eye Ministries and is a 30-year active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. in Newark, Delaware.
